Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the use of Ball & Doggett’s wine label mockup photoshop file (File) and all content generated within and outputted from the file.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the mockup file. By accessing or using any part of the file, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms of this agreement, then you may not access the file or use it in any way.

Demo License

The Demo License grants the user (the downloader of the file) the right to use the file for digital proofing, material exploration and experimenting purposes only, that are directly related to material selection, testing, research, learning, and training.

It may not be used for commercial, professional, or any other for-profit purposes.

Restrictions

Cannot be used for commercial, professional, or any other for-profit purposes, such as paid advertisement, native apps, web apps, games, NFT creation and minting.

Under no circumstance is re-distribution of the file allowed.

Social Media

Posting personal work to social media is encouraged with an attribution of tagging @ballanddoggett
