Ball & Doggett is introducing a $15 Delivery Fee per delivery day (the day the goods are delivered) to provide a fair and transparent contribution toward increasing delivery costs while ensuring ongoing service reliability. Place multiple orders for delivery on the same day and only receive a $15.00 Delivery Fee.

Sales orders that are set to be collected for Ball & Doggett DC will not attract any Delivery Fee.

Minimum Order Value (MOV) Metropolitan Areas of capital cities**:

Order values need to exceed the sales order value ex GST to qualify.

• Sales Order Value ex GST: $300
• Charge Per Order under MOV ($): $35
• A $15 Delivery Fee per delivery day applies
• Orders that are collected from a Ball & Doggett DC do not attract the Delivery Fee

• Cutting Charge per Line Item >250kgs Per Tonne Charge (pro rata): $240
