Terms & Conditions

1. General 

1.1 Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry. By participating, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions. 

1.2 The Promoter is Ball & Doggett (ABN: 58 005 190 036), located at 6 Reconciliation Rise, Pemulwuy, NSW 2145 Australia. 

1.3 Permit numbers: ACT Permit No. TP 25/2018, SA Permit No. T25/1526. 1.4 The total national prize pool is $11,000.00. The total prize pool per state/territory is up to $8,000.00 

2. Promotion Period 

2.1 The competition starts at 9:00 AM (AEST) on 1 September 2025 and ends at 5:00 PM (AEDT) on 13 February 2026. 

3. Eligibility 

3.1 Entrants must: 

• Be aged 18 years or over; 
• Be an Australian registered company; 
• Make a qualifying purchase; 
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

3.2 Employees of Ball & Doggett, associated companies, and immediate family members are excluded from entry. 

Entrants can only win a maximum of 1 minor prize and 1 major prize (except SA). The prize will be awarded to the company.   

4. Eligible Products 

4.1 The competition applies to purchases of Metamark products distributed and sold under Ball & Doggett. 

4.2 A full product list is available at www.ballanddoggett.com.au. 

5. How to Enter – 

5.1 All entries received during the promotion period will go into the draw for the major prize. Eligible entrants will receive one entry for every accumulated $500 (ex. GST) spent on Metamark products during the campaign period. For example, a total spend of $500 earns one entry, $1,000 earns two entries, and so on. The total value spent across multiple orders during the campaign period will be calculated and the corresponding number of entries will be allocated accordingly. 

5.2 Double Entry Bonus: Purchases of the following Product Spotlight items during their corresponding calendar month will earn double entries: 

• 1 – 30 September 2025: M7 Series 
• 1 -31 October 2025: MetaGrab® 
• 1-30 November 2025: Etch Film 
• 1-31 December 2025: MD-L Series 
• 3- 30 January 2026: MD5 Series 
• 1- 13 February 2026: MiA Architectural Film 

All other eligible Metamark products will earn standard entries at $500 increments. 

5.3 Entries will be submitted via phone, email order, or through the Ball & Doggett Online store – https://store.ballanddoggett.com.au/. There is no restriction on the number of orders that can be submitted. Late, incomplete, defaced, or corrupt entries will not be accepted. 

6. Major Prize Draw 

6.1 The Major Prize Draw will be conducted at 3:10PM (AEDT) on 18 February 2026 at Ball & Doggett, 6 Reconciliation Rise, Pemulwuy, NSW 2145, for all eligible entries received during the promotion period. 

6.2 The winning entrant (company) will be announced (business name and state and for SA only, initial of the company owners first name, last name and postcode) on www.ballanddoggett.com.au by 20 February 2026 and notified via email and phone on 20 February 2026. 

6.3 In the event that an entry is invalid or ineligible, the Promoter may draw reserve winners. 

7. Major Prize Details 

7.1 Prize: One winner will receive: 

• 1 x Return premium economy flight from the winners nearest Australian capital city to Barcelona, valued up to AUD $4000; 
• Four nights of 4-star accommodation (single, bed & breakfast), valued up to AUD $2000; 
• AUD $1000 spending money. 

7.2 Total Major Prize Pool: up to AUD $7,000 AUD. 

7.3 The prize excludes travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, personal expenses, and meals (except as stated). 

7.4 The winner is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents and passport. 

8. How to Enter – Minor Prize Draw 

8.1 Further to 5. How to enter, Customers are also eligible for the mini prize draw based on orders invoiced within the respective mini draw period. 

8.2 Orders can be by lineal metre or a full roll – all order types are valid. 

8.3 One (1) winner will be randomly drawn for each region every month over a five (5) month period. A winner in each region will win a $200 gift voucher.  

8.3.2 Region 1- NSW and ACT, Region 2 – VIC and TAS, Region 3 – QLD, Region 4 – WA, SA & NT 

8.4 Minor Prize Draws will be conducted at 3:00 PM (Promoters local time) at Ball & Doggett, 6 Reconciliation Rise, Pemulwuy, NSW 2145. 

8.5 In the event of an invalid or ineligible entry, a reserve winner will be drawn. 

8.6 Winners will be announced (business name and state and for SA only, initial of the company owners first name, last name and postcode) on www.ballanddoggett.com.au within 7 days of each draw and notified via phone and email within 2 business days. 

8.7 Total Minor Prize Pool: $4,000 AUD. 

8.8 Draw Periods: 

• Mini Draw 1: Orders received 1–30 September 2025, Draw 3 Oct 2025 
• Mini Draw 2: Orders received 1–31 October 2025, Draw 5 Nov 2025 
• Mini Draw 3: Orders received 1–30 November 2025, Draw 3 Dec 2025 
• Mini Draw 4: Orders received 1–31 December 2025, Draw 16 Jan 2026 
• Mini Draw 5: Orders received 1 Jan –13 February 2026, Draw 18 Feb 2026 

9. Unclaimed Prize Draw 

9.1 If any Prize remains unclaimed by 6 March 2026, a redraw will occur on 13 March 2026 at 3pm at the same location as the original draw. 

9.2 The redraw winner(s) will be announced (business name and state and for SA only, initial of the company owners first name, last name and postcode) on www.ballanddoggett.com.au by 23 March 2026 and notified via phone and email the same day as the draw. 

10. General Conditions 

10.1 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. 

10.2 The Promoter may substitute a prize with equal or greater value if required. 

10.3 Winners may be required to sign a legal release before claiming the prize. 

10.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, purchase records, and identity. 

10.5 Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification. 

11. Liability & Privacy 

11.1 The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues or lost entries. 

11.2 If unforeseen events compromise the campaign, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or adjust it subject to regulatory approval. 

11.3 The Promoter is not liable for injury, loss, or damage from prize use. 

11.4 Personal information will be collected for competition purposes and may be used for future marketing in line with privacy laws. Entrants can opt out at any time. 

11.5 Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. 

11.6 If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.  

12. Final Decision 

12.1 The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
