1. General

1.1 Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry. By participating, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The Promoter is Ball & Doggett (ABN: 58 005 190 036), located at 6 Reconciliation Rise, Pemulwuy, NSW 2145 Australia.

1.3 Permit numbers: ACT Permit No. TP 25/00702 and SA Permit No. T25/509.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The competition starts at 9:00 AM (AEST) on 12 May 2025 and ends at 5:00 PM (AEST) on 18 July 2025.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entrants must:

o Be aged 18 years or over;

o Be an Australian or New Zealand resident;

o Make a qualifying purchase;

o Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Employees of Ball & Doggett, associated companies, and immediate family members are excluded from entry.

4. Eligible Products

4.1 The competition applies to purchases of YUPO products, including:

o Yupo Offset, Yupo Offset Extra, Yupo Fast Dry, Yupo FGS95, Yupo YPI150, Yupo Octopus Blue, Yupo Blue Backlit Indigo, Yupo Octopus Aqueous Inkjet WKJ250, Yupo Octopus Eco Solvent WKE250, Yupo Octopus UV Inkjet WKO280, Yupo Octopus Blue Outdoor, Yupo Octopus UV Inkjet XAD1069, Yupo Blockout PP Film UV XAA1085, Yupo Octopus UV offset XAD1095, Yupo Octopus Laser Gloss XAD1077, Yupo Octopus Laser Matt XAD1099.

5. How to Enter – Major Prize Draw

5.1 All entries received during the promotion period will go into the draw for the major prize. To receive bonus entries into the Major Prize Draw, eligible entrants will receive one bonus entry into the draw for every accumulated $1,000 spent on eligible YUPO products during the campaign period. For example, a total spend of $1,000 earns one bonus entry, $2,000 earns two bonus entries, $3,000 earns three bonus entries, and so on. The total value spent across multiple orders during the campaign period will be calculated, and the corresponding number of entries will be allocated accordingly. AUD or NZD currency is dependent on the country of residence of the entrant.

5.2 Entries will be submitted via phone, email order, or through the Ball & Doggett Online store – https://store.ballanddoggett.com.au/. There is no restriction on the number of orders that can be submitted by the purchaser. Late, incomplete, defaced, or corrupt entries will not be accepted.

6. Major Prize Draw

6.1 The Major Prize Draw will be conducted at 3:00 PM (AEST) on 30 July 2025 at Ball & Doggett, 6 Reconciliation Rise, Pemulwuy, NSW 2145 Australia.

6.2 The winner will be announced (last name, first initial and postcode) on www.ballanddoggett.com.au by 1st August 2025 and notified via email and phone by 1st August 2025.

6.3 In the event that an entry is invalid or ineligible, the Promoter may draw reserve winners.

7. Major Prize Details

7.1 Prize: There is one major prize for one winner. A trip for two to Japan, including:

o Return economy flights from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city valued up to AUD $3000;

o 4 nights of 4-star accommodation in a twin/double room (bed and breakfast) valued up to AUD $2000;

o AUD $500 spending money. 

7.2 Total Major Prize Pool: up to $5500 AUD. 

7.3 The prize excludes travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, personal expenses, and meals (except as stated).

7.4 The winner is responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and travel documents.

8. How to enter Minor Prize Draw and Minor Prize details

8.1 Each mill pack or roll purchase of YUPO product earns one entry into a weekly draw for a Japanese Food Hamper Box (AUD $100 value).

8.2 10 winners will be drawn randomly (one per week). Each draw occurs at the end of each week within the campaign period.

8.3 Minor Prize Draws will be conducted at 3:00 PM (AEST) at Ball & Doggett, 6 Reconciliation Rise, Pemulwuy, NSW 2145 Australia.

8.4 In the event that an entry is invalid or ineligible, the Promoter may draw reserve winners.

8.5 Minor prize winners will be announced (last name, first initial and company name) on www.ballanddoggett.com.au within 7 days of the final minor prize draw and contacted via phone and email within 2 business days of the respective draw.

8.6 Total Minor Prize Pool: $1,000 AUD.

8.7 Order between 12-16 May 2025 to be eligible for Draw # 1, Draw date: 20 May 2025

Order between 19-23 May 2025 to be eligible for Draw # 2, Draw date: 27 May 2025

Order between 26-30 May 2025 to be eligible for Draw # 3, Draw date: 3 June 2025

Order between 2-5 June 2025 to be eligible for Draw # 4, Draw date:10 June 2025

Order between 9-13 June 2025 to be eligible for Draw # 5, Draw date: 17 June 2025

Order between 16-20 June 2025 to be eligible for Draw # 6, Draw date: 24 June 2025

Order between 23-27 June 2025 to be eligible for Draw # 7, Draw date: 1 July 2025

Order between 30 June – 4 July 2025 to be eligible for Draw # 8, Draw date: 8 July 2025

Order between 7- 11 July 2025 to be eligible for Draw # 9, Draw date: 15 July 2025

Order between 14-18 July 2025 to be eligible for Draw # 10, Draw date: 22 July 2025

9. Unclaimed Prize Draw

9.1 If the Major Prize is unclaimed by 13 August 2025, a redraw will occur on 14 August 2025 at the same time and location as the original draw.

9.2 The redraw winner will be announced (last name, first initial and company name) on www.ballanddoggett.com.au by 15 August 2025 and notified via phone and email by 15 August 2025.

10. General Conditions

10.1 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

10.2 The Promoter may substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value due to unforeseen circumstances.

10.3 The winner may be required to sign a legal release before claiming the prize.

10.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, purchase details, and identity of entrants.

10.5 Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification.

11. Liability & Privacy

11.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or disruptions beyond its control.

11.2 If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

11.3 The Promoter is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from prize use. 11.4 Personal information is collected for competition administration and future marketing in line with Australian Privacy Laws. Entrants can opt out at any time.

11.5 Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

12. Final Decision

12.1 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
