EcoFlute is a versatile, lightweight corrugated twin wall polypropylene sheet designed for signage, displays, packaging, and protective applications. Manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene co-polymer, EcoFlute offers excellent resistance to water, chemicals, and environmental elements. It is non-toxic, UV stabilised, and food grade approved, making it a safe and reliable choice for a wide range of commercial, retail, and industrial uses. Available in white, EcoFlute delivers a clean, bright surface suitable for high-impact visual applications.

Engineered for durability, EcoFlute performs in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +90°C, with an expected outdoor lifespan of up to 24 months under normal conditions. Its robust structure maintains integrity against rain, wind, sunlight, and temperature fluctuations, although extreme environmental exposure may reduce its lifespan.

EcoFlute is compatible with multiple print processes including conventional screen printing, UV curable screen printing, and UV curable flatbed digital printing. This makes it an ideal substrate for point-of-sale displays, event signage, packaging inserts, exhibition panels, and protective surface barriers.

Available in 3.0mm (500 g/m²) and 5.0mm (900 g/m²) gauges, EcoFlute offers flexibility for applications where weight, rigidity, and impact resistance are essential. Its twin wall fluted construction ensures high stiffness and dimensional stability while remaining easy to cut, crease, fold, and fabricate.
