With the rising interest of Agave Spirit in Australia, Blazing Pina is a nod to a Mexican aesthetic, visually telling the story of the agave firing process before steeping and distilling. ‘Pina’ (pineapple) is the name given to the core of the agave plant once harvested and ready for cooking. Perfect for added storytelling, the use of Ball and Doggett’s Aged Agave stock is earthy and fibrous.
